i tryed to download tryal version of dynamic forms but i don't reiceved link in email.

I need to know if this module can suit my needs.

I need to create input forms ( ) for registered users. Users are employee, and are from different city. I need to get username and city as profile or role.

They only have to insert requested info. Cityes are a structure like a organization chart, so there is a region moderator and a city moderator.

They can see only owned item. (owned = same city).

I dont' know if i can add city as profile info, or i need to add as security role

Another page is for "region moderators". They can add new form entry, or see inserted item (from registered users) and they can filter by city. so record are filtered by same region as profile of "moderators", then they can filter by city that are in same "region"

last page for view are for admin. Admin can edit, delete, insert entry in all groups (region and city) and can filter

Can your module do that?
