News Ticker size not changing

    Me again. Have set up news ticker to be vertical with about 4 items. When I change the height of the ticker from 200 to about 500 pixels, the height doesn't change in the display:

    Hi Mark,

     

    Sorry for the late response (month-end plus Labor Day holiday.)   Did you get this resolved yet?  Do you still need help?  If you do, can you please open a ticket on Snowcovered and provide us with temporary edit rights to your site (preferably host)?  Thanks!

    Hi Candace. No, problem still there. Changed height from 500 to 800 pixels using a vertical ticker:

     

    Then change to 800:

     

    and size is the same.
