I have installed v1.3 of the standard News Ticker.  If I use the plain text editor to add a news item the body does not get saved.  If I use the RTF editor the body does get saved, however, in either case nothing shows in the module.  I have checked the expiration date and colors to no avail.

 

I'm using standard skins that are not set to be visible.
