Sorry for the late response.  News Ticker does not currently support images at this time.  You might consider Flash Image Rotator which can now display descriptions under the image.  Thanks for your question.

Hi. Yes... Flash News Ticker 'does not' currently allow HTML/Images. Only the News Ticker (non flash version) allows HTML and images (this is demonstrated on our site). So you might consider asking for a refund/exchange on the Flash News Ticker and getting the main News Ticker module.
