In my template I would like to display the users list like this

Header row contains column titles:

Last Name	First Name	City	State	USDF Regtion	H level	R Level
Smith	Joe	anywhere	MO	Here	Intro	Intro

My question is how do I stop the header row from repeating in every record?

Well, I suppose you can put the header row on the Footer template and just the tokens in your listing template. See if this will work for you. -- David
