The DUD was installed and worked fine for a week, but it appeared the following error message after several changes made to DR and DL form. I am not sure whether there is anything to do with the changes to DR/DL, even DR failed to assign user role.

Error: User Directory is currently unavailable.

Hi Perry - Well, there is a process that runs (typically hourly) that regenerates a flat table of user data. This is executed under Host/Schedule. Its possible something caused that process to stop, time out, etc... Do you get this all of the time or just every once in a while?

It seems that I got this all of the time when it occurred. It was in Version 3.0. I have Collection 4.0, but I cannot see any update link in Patch & Hotfix or Download area in Snowcovered.

Perry - This sounds to me like maybe you created another actual DNN PRofile Field called UserID? If that is the case we might have to add some extra code and logic to account for that... IF you go to Admin, User Accounts, Manage Profile PRoperties, did you create an extra profile field there called "UserID"? I think that is really used (for our purposes at least) as a reserved word because DNN already uses and references a specific column already called UserID.
