Using DUD 3.3.30, I created a search combo box for country. In the SQL I used Select Text as SearchOption, Value as SearchOptionValue from Lists Where ListName= 'Country'.  The combo box populates fine on the form but when I execute the search, I do not get any results.  I tried to create a basic text box as an input field and searched on countries and this worked.  I have set the criteria to 'Contains' default.  This works fine on dyn views, can't get combo box to work in DUD. ?

Hi Paul - This is because the DNN Country field within DotNetNuke/Dynamic Registration saves the country as the text and not the value (why I don't know but thats how it works ). So, you need to change your search to be Text as SearchOption and Text as SearchOptionValue instead of Value as SearchOptionValue.

You should also look to upgrading to 4.0 as there are many new enhancements!
