I am struggling with user profile photo display. It does not display using the tokens below:

Shows a number, I assume this is an identifier, yet I haven't figured out the combination of path and file info to put this into an image tag.

Here is a test page for a user that does have a photo, and it has all 3 tokens so that you can see them not display:

Anyone have suggestions?
