I somehow overlooked the version in the Collection when I went to upload it and now have the older one on my 5.6.1 site. It configured and works, but I did have a minor error in the install text and a few issues while setting it up, with IE kicking out and recovering.

Should I simply upload the 4.0 version from the Collection 4.0 using "Install Module" from the Host and that will upgrade it and fix any issues it may have (which I don't see at this time anyway)?

I would just install the DUD 4.0 over your current version of DUD. You won't lose any previous work with DUD. DUD 4.0 works very well with DNN 5.6.1, so upgrading would be a great consideration.

What was the install error message that you received?? Did you get a specific error??

I successfully uploaded 4.0.1 (whatever was in the Collection 4.0 outside the original bundle, and registered it.  NO error on that upload.
