Hello, We are using Dynamic User Directory 3.0.30 in our DNN website (version 05.05.00 (653)) and when we browse the DUD module on the site's webpage, we cannot see specific users. We have that DUD module setup to only show specific user roles, and one specific user that we cannot see is in the role that is selected to be shown. The data for that user was imported into the database and then synced with the DUD module through the DUD scheduled task. We can see the user's data in the database tables dbo.tempDUDProfile and dbo.tempDUDPIVOT. We do have a search running which just uses the AND conjunction (as that is the only option in the search settings) which looks for city, state, and country. Those search criteria all use the contains setting. We thought maybe since the user had a NULL value for the country field that the search was filtering out the user based on that. That was not the case after removing the country search field from the DUD search. We use the DUD module on two different portals, with each module having different display settings based on user roles. The user we are searching for specifically (mentioned above) does not display in either list and should be displaying. Has anyone run into this issue where specific users do not display on the Dynamic User Directory module, but have data in the database?

Hi Ryan, I have this same issue .. some users not showing up but all seems correct. I am using DNN 5.6.8 and DUD 4.0.10.26659 We have a role called staff .. assigned to certain users, and display that data in DUD .. but some users do not show up. Have looked at unauthorized users turned on/off and no difference. Removed and re-added that role to certain individuals with no effect. Run and re-run the scheduler no change. Very odd. Please advise how this was fixed with previous similar posts. Thanks Kelly

Hi Kelly - Can you let us know if you can find any other specifics related to these users? A few questions: 1. Is there any filter added to this module instance? 2. Are there any search fields added to this module instance? Thanks, Chad
