Using DUD, how do we add the Effective and Expiry Dates for roles to our results?

We have figured out the basics and have a working search form with results, but cannot get anything beyond just the "role" to display.

Presently this is not a feature the module currently offers… We will add this issue to the enhancement list for a future enhancement.

For now you might approach this problem by making a custom SQL Query and Dynamic Views. They could pull from the Dynamic User Directory temporary tables that are created and inner join with the useroles table to get the effective and expiry dates?
