    I'm filtering on userroles and I'm getting to many user back. After looking into the error I've discovered that the user exist in an different portal (in that specific role). 
    How can I filter on roles (in the current portal) so only users active in the current portal show up in the userdirectory?

    I only know this because I had the same issue. Go to Filters under Module Configuration and PortalID from the dropdown list, then equals, then enter the number for the current portal, then "Add" and "Save".

    Even I was able to do it!!

    Hi Jim,
    I've allready tried this. But I think this filters the users (but the same user exists in both portals). 
    But when I filter on "Member" (a role in both portals) the user still shows up (even when he isn't in the role in the specific portal).
    The Userrole filter should (also) filter on roles (id's) within the portal.

    Hi guys... Interesting. I have always believe that this filter by role was handled by RoleID's within the database.

    So... I did not think this was ever handled by Role Name.

    So... When you add the filter to limit the results by PortalID as Jim mentioned, you are still getting users from the other portal? Does the same role name exist for both portals?

    Hi Chad,

    Yes I'm getting users from other portals and the same role (name) exist in both portals. If I could make an combobox and fill this with RoleID, RoleName (and filter on RoleID) it will fix my problem definitely
