Directory template does not populate with tokens

    Using DNN 7.0 and Directory version 4.10.3, I was able to see and utilize all the tokens available at first. But after awhile, all the tokens disappeared and I'm left with only the [UserMapDetail] and [MapRef] tokens in the Directory Template. How do I see all the tokens?

    Hello Collin,

    Dynamic User Directory uses the PIVOT table "TempDUDPivot" to pull in all of the template column information.

    Please go to Host -> SQL and execute the following SQL Statement:

    Select top 10 * from TempDUDPivot


    Do you get results? Is an error invoked? If an error occurs, check the Run As Script checkbox and re-run the query to see if a specific error is outputted.

    The issue I would expect is that TempDUDPivot doesn't exist or that the DUDSchedulerClient isn't operating correctly.

    Please let me know your results.

    I'm returning results from the script above. I sent an account login earlier to diagnose the registration module. You can use that same to access the "Directory" page if you'd like to verify.

    Hello Collin,

    I logged in and took a look and your Dynamic User Directory module and I confirmed that the available token drop down list isn't populated with all of the available tokens.

    This seems to be a bug in Dynamic User Directory 4.1.3 when installed on DNN 7.

    I will have to conduct additional testing on our DNN 7 test environment and DUD 4.1.3.

    I'll follow up with my testing results.

    Hi Ryan,

    I was on a call with Collin on the 4th and it looked like that particular instance was corrupted. It worked correctly when he added a new instance to the page. I sent other items for review via email. Thanks!
