I've made changes to the template, but when I go to see the results, the old template is still being used. I confirmed the template saved (both by re-entering the template editor AND viewing the table row in the database) and STILL the old template shows. How is this possible?

Hmm... This is odd. These are actually files stored under your portals home directory. This sounds weird but you might need to first delete the template file there? I have not run into this issue before but that sounds like the issue or possibly a caching issue on the site?

where would I find these files and what name would they be given?
