Under page: paul test ( near bottom )

I created 2 tabs: Dyn Forms and Dyn Views

The Dyn Form has 3 fields: Summary / attachment / image

The Dyn Views module doesn't work.
- not Licensed message
- ModuleTitle module error

The setup does NOT show a list of Dyn Form instances


I'm trying to test the Dyn Views export to PDF with images and attachments.
