I suspect that all your other fields are showing up except this label field. I suspect that you did go into module configuration for Dynamic View and select the instance of the dynamic form that you are dealing with. You should have then generated the column names for this instance of the dynamic form. I am going to say that you cannot pull the label field value into the download because it is based on HTML and even though you can supply a short name label fields don't work that way. I will have another support analyst look at this answer just in case I am wrong.

Yes that is correct... Currently label fields and HTML fields are not saved to the database or available as columns. Generally speaking they are static variables on a form and can therefore be static variables within your Dynamic Views template. If you are changing these dynamically on the page in Dynamic Forms then we can't get access to what you are changing dynamically anyway (as in any client side/JavaScript manipulation you are doing on the page) so even if we did save the value it wouldn't necessarily be the correct value.

Can you recommend how I am able to have the this file upload viewed in DV?

@Don - When I generated columns using the DF module, neither the upload field nor the label were displayed.

Basically, I need for this 'upload' to be displayed...any idea what I might be able to do to get this working?

Just to update you. I have removed the Label fields on my Dynamic Forms and now Dynamic Views is able to generate a column for my file uploads....which also, coincidentally shows the link to my file upload.
