Does DV 1.0.50 work on DNN 556.1?  I am having trouble getting to the template.  Module displays error after config of options, even with plain vanilla config.    Then tavle name disappears from settings.

I don't think so because DNN 5.5 wasn't around when this version got released. I would recommend you upgrade to Dynamic Views 2.1 to make sure you have the latest features, fixes, and compatibililties.

Oh, researching this a bit, I found a suggested fix for DV 1.0.50 running on DNN 5.5

Can you run this under Host/SQL and this should fix you up:
Create Procedure {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}DataSprings_DynamicViews_LoadDynamicForms]
@PortalID Int

Select ModuleID, 'Dynamic Forms / ModuleID: ' + Cast(ModuleID as nvarchar(7)) As ModuleTitle from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Modules] Where ModuleDefID In (Select ModuleDefID from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}ModuleDefinitions] where FriendlyName like '%Dynamic Forms%')

I tried this but it did not work. I get a red X Error with the message "An error occured. The error is not available" at the boyyom of the initial setting page.

I have purchased Collections 2 anf 3 and have ibly used a dew modules. . Upgrades are pretty expensive for us little gyts. I will have to find another solution.

Hi. Yes I am not directly sure because this is a much older version of the module compared to the version of DNN. So my initial thoughts are that I know it was never tested against the version of DNN you are referring to. You might want to check under Admin, Event Viewer though to determine more specifics on the error and this might help to determine if you can get by with a work around instead of upgrading to the latest version.
