When I create a PDF template and include datagrid fields, it doesn't keep the fields after it.   I see that the PDF doesn't include the data and go back into the template only to find that those fields are no longer there in the template.  I have 4 datagrid fields on the form that I am trying to include in a PDF report from Dynamic Views.   My version of Dynamic Views is 2.2.10.  

I figure that this is probably a nested table issue. I decided to use DIVs instead to format the PDF.
