Strange error when selecting Dynamic Forms instance

    Dynamic Views: 2.0.1.20807
    Dynamic Forms:  :3.40.30.0

    DotNetNuke version  5.6.3

    - Select a Dynamic Forms instance
    - Click "Generate Columns"
    - Dynamic Forms instance combo box resets to first item in list and the columns generated are for the first item in the list. 

    Have tried everything I can think of!

    Please help!

    Hi Zachary,

    Let me first point you to this blog post. Depending on your setup, you might need to change the SQL suggested here from CREATE to ALTER

    Also, these are older module versions so there might be conflicts so you may need to upgrade to fix the issues but let's see what happens here first.
