Hi,
I'm setting up a simple display of a directory with search functionality. The search seems to work fine but it always displays the message "No results were found for your search" even when there are plenty of results.
See screen shot.
Why would it show this message if I have results?

Hi there.
From Module Configuration, under Paging, can you please disable the Results Count and see if that clears it up for you?
If it doesn't, can you please tell me
1. under General Settings, what is your "Records per page" value?
2. under Search, what is your "Maximum number of records rendered before Search/Filter?"
Thanks!

Hi,
When I disable the result count I still have the same problem.
Records per page - 10
Max Records - 25
Thanks,

Can you please tell us your exact module version and your DNN version? Thanks!

Hi there, I am having the exact same problem with Dynamic User Directory.
For DUD I am using Ver:4.0.10
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated because I know our client wants to be able to see the number of records returned.
Thanks DataSprings team.

Hi Mark - Are you running 04.10.00 or 04.00.10? There is a difference because I believe this was fixed within the 4.1 release but I am not sure if the results count issue was there for the 4.0 release with the most recent patch. Or, I think it was fixed but there might be a newer patch then 04.00.10 for the 4.0 release.
Thanks,
Chad

Hi, sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Too many projects, too little time.
We are still having this issue.
We are using DNN v06.01.05 (142). We are using Dynamic Views v2.20.10.
Thanks,

Hi Scott,
I know what you mean but that's a good problem to have!
You may have to upgrade to Dynamic Views 3.0, especially that you're on DNN 6.x. Please let us know what happens. Thanks!
