I updated Tailored Text and now it is asking for the license again. When I click on the "Pleasel license this product by clicking here" it gives me a blank page and there is no place to enter the license.

Any help is appreciated.

Are you on Tailored Text 3.0? When you click on the link, do you mean the page has no content at all, or the field to enter your invoice ID is missing but the other fields like Developer Name and Email are visible?

Can you please try using a different browser and let us know if it looks the same? Thanks!

Yes I am using Tailored Text 3.0 on DNN 5.6.2

The page has no content (module) on it. No place to enter invoice ID, developer name, email.

We might need to jump in and figure this out. Can you please use the Contact form and and give us the following?

1. a host login
2. the URL to the Tailored Text page
3. the invoice ID
4. the customer name, developer name and email
5. the URL to this forum thread for reference

Meanwhile, you should be able to confirgure the rest of the module as we work on this. It may not be until next week as it's almost end of business day on Friday. Thanks!
