No Manage Button or other Control Elements

    Hi,

    We have just installed a trial of Tailored HTML 3.0 on a DNN 05.06.01 installation. The extension installation appeared to run smoothly, but when we add an instance of the module to a page, we do not get a Manage Button, nor do we see any license information displayed. Further, when we click on the Setup Initial Settings link, we don't get any module-specific options, only the general ones associated with most modules. When we click on the Tailored Text License option, the content of the module is then blank.

    We have reinstalled but it is still the same. Any ideas?

    Hi Jim - Did you install this module under Host, Extension or Admin, Extensions? If you submit a support ticket at http://support.datasprings.com I will make sure we get a trial version installed successfully for you if you can provide us with temporary host rights to the website.

    Just a quick follow up to this... We found that the trial version did have problems with DNN 5.x. We have fixed this now and updated the trial version.
