Where is it getting the reference and how can i change it? My database name is now DNN_89814 . . . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the User Import module a number of times, making sure to "delete files" in the hopes that it would "forget" that I once had a database named "Portal_89814".

Error: Interactive User Import is currently unavailable.

HI Andi, that's strange. Was there any error during the re-installation of IUI? Also, when are you getting this error? On step 1 of the "import process" where you choose a new CSV file to load or where? -- David

    Hi David!

Below is the error i get on module installation (mentioned in another thread with DNN 5.1 version) End job reports the installation is successful message, however.

The error I pasted in the earlier message appears on the page I have inserted the module where the "import" section of the module should be. The export section appears to have no difficulties. I don't have an opportunity to do anything with the import - i see the error when i first get to the page.

HI, can you go to Host / Schedule and see if you can see the UserImport scheduler installed there? If not:

you can create the Interactive User Import process manually. Go to Host / Schedule and create a new schedule. Then type in the following:

Full Class Name and Assembly: DataSprings.DNN.Modules.UserImport.UserImportProcess,DataSprings.DNN.Modules.UserImport

    Object Dependencies: DataSprings_UserImport

Make sure to check "Schedule Enabled". For everything else, you can choose (time lapse, retry freq, schedule history) whatever you want. See if this fixes the issue. -- David

I did that after reading the original post. This problem does not appear to be related to the scheduling issue.

HI Andi, very strange indeed. Can you do me a favor? Un-install the IUI again. After un-installing, to be on the safe side, also go to HOST / SQL and type in:

    drop table datasprings_userimport

make sure to check the "Execute as script" box.

Also go to Host / Schedule and verify the UserImport scheduler is also deleted.
And then re-install IUI again and see if it recognizes the new database, etc. -- David

Well, we fixed the wrong database problem . . . Totally recreated the site. I was getting antsy with so many different errors since switching to 5.1 anyway.

So we're up and running and the UI is installed, BUT!

I get this error in the log after it manages to import some of the records . . . how can that be?
