Using DNN4.9.5 and User Import 1.5.51 trying to import users using an XLS.

None of the Role Events are firing. I have some that in the Excel spreadsheet have characters (e.g. Y) and others that show Boolean values (True/False). For each I am selecting an individual field response and then in the box next to the '=' sign I have tried entering the characters with and without quotes and for the boolean ones entering TRUE without and with quotes none work.  Both the character imports and the Boolean are showing up in the mapped profile fields.

Any ideas?

HI, can you upgrade to the latest version of IUI 2.0.1. I believe this fixed the issue of role events not firing.

If you plan on staying with IUI 1.5.51, then make sure your import settings is set to "Initial Import and Update" on that step as opposed to just "Initial Import" and the role event should fire off. -- David

I have the V2 collection does that mean I am eligible for IUI 2.0.1?

Sorry for getting back with you late on this, but if you have the V2 collection, can you check under Download and patches of your Snowcovered account and see if you have the latest IUI there?

If possible, can you also use the "Contact Us" and send me a sample of your CSV import file with only several row records (and reference this forum) so I can try to duplicate this issue on my system and see if it fails to add a role or not under IUI 2.0. Thanks. -- David
