we have purchased Interactive User Import module version 01.50.41. but when we go with its all steps that are worked fine without any error. but users not imported it database.

 

and also when we checked it in Event log then it gives error for "Could not find a part of the path" .

Can you please provide me some solution for this.

HI, can you tell me the actual path of the import file that you are trying to import resides on your computer hard drive? Based on that, I can deduct what is happening. Perhaps you will need to upgrade to the latest IUI release. -- David
