I can see a way to set expiry date on a role when using interactive user import.  How about setting the role effective date?

I'm not completely certain but the way I'd think of this module working is that when a Role is added to a User the Role is effective immediately. Interactive User Import can be thought of a one time execution to handle your import/export needs. So this means that there isn't a Scheduler that is constantly running for IUI that looks for roles that you wanted to make effective for a future date.
