Is there way to send out password reminders to an entire group.
I used dynamic User Import and setup the Email responder, but I must have made a mistake, and the message didn't send.

Now I am looking for an efficient way to send out password reminders to the members of a particular security role.

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.  We do have the suite of dynamic products if they would help with this.

Hi - I think you could possibly use Interactive User Import again (maybe the same import file but just choose to overwrite the user) and setup an Interactive Email Event? Or you could run the Export routine with Interactive User Import and reimport the file with an email event/overwrite user properties (which really would really end up having the same value anyway?)

I tested importing a single user.
I again received the error message.

I don't see any issue unless it wants a .com email address.

Let me ask some questions here. What is the exact module version you're using? Also, what DNN version are you on?

From Admin > Newsletters, are you able to send out a test email to this address? Does it work if it's someone@stmargaretstl.org but not if one@anotherdomain.com?
