It appears that that events designated as 'Only Initial Import Events' are firing even when the user already exists.  This is resulting in the user getting an initial welcome email whenever I run the import. 

We have an 1800+ member subscriber base with an external membership database.  My plan was to create a file to import every month which updated the user expiration date if the user was still valid.  Those that were no longer members would expire when their subscription expired.

Another question:  when using the distribute email functionality, where is the from address?  When I have received emails in my testing, the to: and from: addresses have been the same.  Can the from address be specified?
