Have users with usernames like "Łukaż",  when running the export file it is "Lukaz". The export does not correctly export the names.

Also I would like to export the User ID, can you add this as a feature request.

 

Hi. Thanks, we will review adding the userID as an exported field option. We are also reviewing adding additional properties (such as roles user has an the effective/expire date, date created and date last signed in etc...)

For this case, what is your encoding set to within the web.config file? I just reviewed the code and the module (should) base the encoding on this setting. If you go to Admin, Newsletters and distribute a newsletter to yourself with that same characters does it work properly?

Hi, yes sending an email to myself as your suggestion works, the email I receive has the "Łukaż" with the correct characters.

Found a way to extract data without the module so not a critical issue, but would be good to have a solution because non DNN admins could then use the exporter.

after export results to excel ,there is problem for persian and arabic fonts .
but the email body is correct
