    Hi.

When importing users in version 01.50.41 into DNN version 4.9.2 you cannot have a archive folder with a name instead of portalId.

    Error:

    AssemblyVersion: 04.09.02
    PortalID: 1
    PortalName: AsanMagasinet
    UserID: 1
    UserName: SuperAdmin
    ActiveTabID: 76
    ActiveTabName: Din profil
    RawURL: /Din-profil/windex/2/wid/8.aspx
    AbsoluteURL: /Default.aspx
    AbsoluteURLReferrer: http://xxx.xxxxxxx.no/Din-profil.aspx
    UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; nb-NO; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032609 Firefox/3.0.8
    DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider
    ExceptionGUID: ff426a93-c135-4d6f-979d-ec133f4be42f
InnerException: Could not find a part of the path 'x:\InetPub\xxx\Asan\Portals\1\982d673076e04d358790b782b8512fec.xls'.
    FileName:
    FileLineNumber: 0
    FileColumnNumber: 0
    Method: System.IO.__Error.WinIOError
    StackTrace:
Message: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'x:\InetPub\xxx\testcustomer\Portals\1\982d673076e04d358790b782b8512fec.xls'. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode) at DataSprings.DNN.Modules.UserImport.Business.UserImportController.ImportFile(String FileName, Byte[] FileContent, String SheetName)
    Source:
    Servernavn: xxxx

x:\InetPub\xxx\testcustomer\Portals\1\ this does not exist, it should have been x:\InetPub\xxx\testcustomer\Portals\asan\

Solution: I had to manual add the portalId to the folder structure under Portals.

    Vidar,

Hi. Thanks for posting the issue and suggested work around. We will review this for future updates and at least you found a quick way to get around it.
