Is it possible to email a reminder for those roles who have already expired?  If so, how do I do that?  Also is it possible to email the registered user role if it doesn't have an expiry date?

Yes, to set up a reminder for roles that's already expired, you need to create a new reminder and enter a negative number for the days. For example, let's say a role expired on 12/10/2009. You want to reminder them till 12/31/2009. Set the days to be a negative number: -21

If a role doesn't have an expiration date, then it would not work since there's nothing to check against for verification. We would be caught in an infinite loop. They will never be reminded of anything. -- David
