I know my emails are going out...but I cant seem to find the scheduler item. What name should i be looking for?

I think Chad may have responded to you through email, but in case he hasn't here is the solution:

You might need to add it in manually because DotNetNuke starting in 5.4 I believe changed the layout of the schedule table and its not getting added during install.

 

Please try running this under Host/SQL:

 

INSERT INTO {objectQualifier}Schedule

                      (TypeFullName, TimeLapse, TimeLapseMeasurement, RetryTimeLapse, RetryTimeLapseMeasurement, RetainHistoryNum, AttachToEvent,

                      CatchUpEnabled, Enabled,ObjectDependencies)

VALUES     ('DataSprings.DNN.RoleReminder.RoleReminderSchedulerClient,DataSprings.DNN.RoleReminder', 10, 'd', 1, 'h', 500, '', 0, 1,'')
