Installing Dynamic Registration went flawlessly, absolutely no errors reported. But when I add the DR module to the page it immediately has problems. I don't get the normal default page instead I see below

If I manually select to use the Wizard there are no list of questions

If I try and go to the Manage Questions / Settings I see the following error at the top of the page:

An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. Richard,

Hi. More than likely all of these issues are related to the same problem. We had another customer have the same problem and it ended up being a setting they had to turn on with their SQL Server 2005 installation. Not sure if you are running many other modules but if you don't get the issue resolved now you will probably have the same
problem with those modules as well. This all relates to this error/article:

Microsoft SQL Native Client: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.

IF you have more questions or problems implementing the solution from the link above please open a support ticket and we will be able to assist further.

    -Chad

Thanks for your reply. The problem was my fault. I had apparently neglected to uncomment the legacy connection strings. I was not aware that Dynamic Registration used these connection key/value pairs. Since updating those connection strings the module has worked flawlessly.
