Currently, when a user navigates to the profile page (clicking on their display name) and clicks the cancel membership link, it takes them to a "sorry to see you leave" page.  There membership is cancelled.  How can I setup a "are you sure you want to cancel" feature?  Currently users can mistakenly click that link, only to find that that their account has been nuked. 

Please help.
