I know this might 'sound' easy since we do it with Dynamic User Directory but its far from simple logic. The user directory simplye generates a literal/html and renders it back to the page. This makes things much easier for having a 'template'. With Dynamic Registration though we are generating controls on the fly (and sometimes a lot since each control might have a question header, footer, example text, required field/expression validators, etc...). There are features for things such as displaying the question on the same row as the previous question and other properties you can setup. We are working on many new features for the 3.0 release which is current in development and should be released by the end of June.
