Using the registration module 4.0.50.0 and DNN version 5.3.1 the advanced CAPTCHA fails to display an image or the refresh button. I have modified the web.config by adding the following line;

but still nothing displays. I haven't got any third party re-directors either. please help.

Just wanted to update this thread for anyone following it.  The issue was fixed with the Dynamic Registration patch 4.00.60 now available in Snowcovered.com under Patches and Hotfixes (or in MyDownloads for Collection 3.0 owners).  Thanks!
