The form looks terrible with the classes that are applied. We have css set up on your site that deals with inputs and labels, making it look good consistently across the site. I can find the css for DynamicRegistration_textbox but where can i go in and remove the code that is placing these classes into the forms?

Okay with hacking in the aspx files and making a bunch of CSS rules, we have made it look okay. Bring on the end of tables!
