DNN 6.1.3 & DR 4.1.7

Using a Telephone Question with a mask edit of (999) 999-9999.  It is a required field.  If an incorrect number is entered.  eg. (555) 555-555 it isn't accepted and the required field error message displays.  However, the mask edit then breaks completely and won't allow for the number to be re-entered.
