I would like to fire an email to the administrator when someone logs in successfully for the first time only. Not when the user register, when the user LOGS IN. How would I achieve that?

Dynamic Login offers a feature to notify admins but at this time, that functions at every login and cannot be limited to first-time login only. It's a good idea, though, and we'll add it to possible enhancements for future releases.
