We have Data springs dynamic registration and its working fine but we have one issue we don't want duplicate email address/user names user be registered in our system. We have set up all necessary validation but it is not working for us, user is not adding but also not showing error message of duplication.

Please have error message for when an email address is already in the system.

We have tried with sql validation as well, but still not working.

Please provide your solution on this ASAP.
