I am using DNN version 05.05.00 and Dynamic registration version 4.20.1

I have two issues:

When I enable the "Validate email address" checkbox and save, I get an error. I can't recover the form again.

Dynamic Registration Control Panel >> Validation Configuration >> Validate Email Address checkbox

I created the same form and did the same thing on a different page and I get the same error again.

Here is the error:

The second issue is: regular expressions for email address, phone number and zip codes are not working:

Phone number - “\(?\d{3}[-.]\)? ?\d{3}[-.]\d{4}”

Email address - “^[_a-zA-Z0-9-]+(\.[_a-zA-Z0-9-]+)*@[a-zA-Z0-9-]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9-]+)*\.(([0-9]{1,3})|([a-zA-Z]{2,3})|(aero|coop|info|museum|name))$”

Zip code: "^\d{5}$"

None of these are working. Am I missing anything? Please help me. Thanks.

Hi - Sorry for the delay... You can open a support ticket at http://support.datasprings.com and I can get you setup quickly if you provide us with temporary host rights.

Usually what we would do in this case is get back into the module settings by either seeing if the URL to the module settings is within the history of our browser, or by manually generating the control panel URL by first finding out the ModuleID, TabID and so forth from some back-end SQL queries etc... So, if you can't get to the control panel from your browser then open the support ticket and we can get you fixed up.
