Standard login.
(the page has a module of DR installed on it)
the popup does not close when a user clicks the login, the popup, "pops", the user enters their login, then the window doesn't close.
On pages that do not have DR installed on them, the login works fine and the login popup closes after the user enters their user name and pass

Hello Hazen,

Try managing the Dynamic Registration module by going under Module Configuration -> AJAX & jQuery integration -> Disable jQuery and see if this assists your issue.

I think i might be blind..
i'm in the following
AJAX / JQUERY INTEGRATION:
I have form processing/ subission AJAX: "disabled"
Hide AJAX modal popup message: chekced
Hide Progress image for AJAX modal popul: checked
(i've tried changing the checkbox for the last 2 with no changes)
cleared cash. cleared browser cache.
No change

I meant that i can't see a specific JQuery Disable checkbos

Hi Hazen - More than likely there are other JavaScript or jQuery scripts within your skin or modules that do not support jQuery. Our modules no longer automatically load jQuery however they still load jQuery.NoConflict() and because of this if you have components that are not coded to support JavaScript jQuery.NoConflict() the can cause problems.

Can you tell me if you enable "FireBug" console within FireFox (or the developers tools of IE, or the Safari Error Console) what specific JavaScript errors appear? Is this on a user-facing website that I can see the error on?

Hi Hazen - When I load this page up (before clicking anything) I see this error:
Error: Permission denied to access property 'toString'

Do you happen to have any client side events within Dynamic Forms or Dynamic Registration on that page? This JavaScript error is probably causing the other JavaScript to not properly close the window for the DNN Login page.

I looked through all the settings but couldn't track it down.
What are you using to view the errors. I can't find them using firebug
