Hi Jason - A couple of things...
1. At this point now that I saw some of the additional responses it might be necessary to
2. At this time Dynamic Registration and Dynamic Forms only send out posts as "POSTS" within the verb and do not support other types at this time.
3. At this time the ContentType is set to "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" although you could technically send out the post within an XML string. Such as
$(FirstName) etc...
4. I actually do not see that we are setting authentication within the post from the code I am reviewing.
Since our modules support JavaScript/jQuery you might also consider going the route of sending the post via jQuery. You can find some examples of that within this technical article:
