In the default default code, DNN users can set the profile visibility of each field.  (everyone, members, friends, admin, etc.)

Candace is right, this isn't a feature within Dynamic Registration.

Perhaps this may be something that you can use:

You can use Roles to hide or show Specific Questions.

So if you have a text box named "Community" and it was mapped to a profile property named Community.

If you wished to hide the Community textbox to all Users with the Role "Unauthenticated" or "Administrator", you can. You can do this simply by going to Advanced Question Options -> Hide/show and check(checkboxes) all Roles that you wish the field to be visible or hidden from.

This is kind of similar.
