    Using DR 4.20.20.0  DNN 6.2.5

Is there a (simple + elegant) way to give a user who is not a DNN Admin the ability to manage other users profile on a site using DR? They would need to add/edit/delete users.
    TIA,
    Matt

    HI Matthew,

Yes, there is. As host/admin, you'll notice that there is a "Manage Users" link at the upper left area (right under the Control Panel. If you click this, it will take you to a page where you can search and select another user. When you select a user, it will take you back to the form with that user's data so you can edit and update registration properties (as long as the fields are mapped to the right properties).

To assign this ability to another role, please go to Module Configuration > Module Security and give that role the ability to Manage Users. If you like, you can limit this ability so that they can only manage users with matching properties. For example, if you have Store IDs, you can set it so that one with the Manager role can only manage those with the same Store ID as him.

Hope that helps! Please let us know if you have other questions.

    Candace
