Hi,

I set up DR for an recurring donation form a while ago and was working great until I had to change the Authorize.net Transaction Key.

Now it won't work.

I have looked at the log and I see the following:

Web service url: https://api.authorize.net/soap/v1/Service.asmx

The API request failed with the following errors:[E00007] User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values.

I have checked with Authorize.net and I am using the correct API Login ID and the Transaction Key.

I am using version 4.10.44 and DNN version 06.00.01 (I know I need to update)

Any ideas?  I also have a donation form created with DF and that is working fine with the same credentials.

Hi Ginnie,

I'm not sure why it wouldn't work on DR when it works with DF. Would you please enable debug mode, fill out the form and hit submit? We'l need to see the resulting string. It might be better to do this privately instead of on the public forums so I would suggest you use our Contact Form and just add the URL to this thread for reference.
