It would be good if one of the options to add people to a list was via a query of the profile fields. 

Whilst we can currently do this by writing some SQL it would be nice if a site user without any SQL knowledge could complete a (search) form with the different profile criteria which would then create/run the query. 

With the different profile fields allow them to also search the ones that are not visible.
