Hi there, when we try to input a users email into the update subscription settings module, we receive this message back, "Message failed! Please contact support."

Hi,

This typically means that email isn't setup properly on the server. Where are you hosting at? If you go to Admin, Newsletters or Bulk Email does e-mail work there?

I have the same problem. when a user signs up for newsletter I get the error "Message failed! Please contact support."

I tried your suggestion to test email in Admin / Newsletter and I get the following

Also I notice that if I try the email I use in the "From email address" it successfully sends the email.

Pls let me know what I did wrong
