I have several opt in lists and have deleted some. When subscribers manage their subscriptions, the deleted lists still show up in the auto-respond email showing which lists they are subscribed to. Any way to delete these completely?

Also, I uploaded a list with the wrong extended fields and want to overwrite with the same user data (minus the extended fields.) I went ahead & deleted the list, created a new list and uploaded 4 CSV files with just first name, last name & email address. But the extended fields still show up. Are they somewhere in the program's memory? Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks!
