Also, when I try filter Hard Bounces only the grid does not refresh correctly (i.e. Auto-reply records still appear in the list).

You could create a Scheduler that runs a SQL cursor which will search through your email list for certain variables. For instance if there's an email address in your list that had 2 or more bounce backs have a condition inside your cursor to handle this situation.

Unfortunately this might be considered an advanced technique. If you're new to DNN this could be difficult to achieve. I would spend time researching what a Scheduler is/what it does and then learn how to make one in DNN.
